Ou upbit holding $sbd ,no other platforms
Upbit is holding SBD because people from Korea withdraw SBD and send it to Upbit and maybe they buy SBD too, so I guess the platform is holding it for exchange purposes.

No, Bittrex and Poloniex are the next largest exchanges of holding SBD.
In Bittrex there no volume. Check once. One month back it shows zero volume for $sbd trade lol.
