How To Face Daily Challenges During The Covid-19
I obviously do this because I love it and I love helping all of you all over the world and connecting with you all over the world I think that's a really beautiful thing but it has come with its challenges and struggles physical challenges mental emotional challenges physical challenges because most of you probably don't realize and then workouts that I plan to write blog today so it's a lot it's a lot physically and I always feel it the next day but it's good and and that part I enjoy even though it's kind of exhausting but the be mental and challenges that come along or just any sort of online presence is the occasional negativity that you get and you know I know it's kind of an inevitable thing but I try to you know brush it off and not let it totally consume me but I'm a very sensitive person so it's hard to read a mean insensitive comment and not you know let it really affect you but the silver lining to that is when I receive all of this amazing love and support and kindness from all of my happiness it just reminds me what's really important and it honestly helps me more than you realize I think you know I help you guysbut you help me just as much so whether maybe shared one of my workouts with your friends and family or you took the time to leave I just thank you so much from the bottom of my heart because you know I I need that I need that to just remind me why I do this and this isn't something that I've talked about and opened up about ever but over the past three years that I've been doing this I've definitely had a handful of times where I just would have total meltdown and just question why am I doing this and that's kind of happened to me recently and I am just so thankful for all of you and for all of your kindness because I think you know it's it's really easy to sort of just throw in the towel and give up because it does take a lot of time and effort and energy and planning and I am such a perfectionist so I think you know I probably make those things harder than they need to be you know I might own the worst enemy and I'm well aware of that and I try to you know keep that in check but yeah I just I'm so thankful and grateful for all of you out there who have been so amazing and you know you give me strength and you inspire me and motivate me and you keep going and I you know we especially now everything going on in the world we just need to keep putting as much positivity and kindness out there because the world really needs it right now you know there's no room for negativity
