Weekly Report as Country Representative Indonesia (Sept 02 - Sept 08, 2022)

in Steem POD Team2 years ago

This week I have a more hectic schedule than usual so I often feel like I don't have enough time to do everything. This means that I have to prioritize certain tasks over others. Sleep hours and social interactions are reduced in this period because my duties in steemit are increasing. For me this just needs an adjustment, next week will definitely be better and productive to produce my personal post on steemit. Everything will be better if something is done sincerely. This advice from my parents helped shape my character to be more responsible in this life.

So what are my tasks in steemit in this period.

  • Manage and curate posts from the @steempreneurship community account - This daily task is my responsibility. The addition of contest posts to the Steemit Engagement Challenge (S4W2) Program made me have to be more careful and wise in setting the curation percentage so that it was evenly distributed. this task takes an average of about 75 minutes.

  • Daily post verification and S4W2 contest participants - This assignment made my sleep schedule change because many posts from Venezuelan and Nigerian contestants coincided with rest (night sleep) in Indonesia. This week this task can be carried out well even though it sacrifices my sleep hours. This task took about 4 Hours because I had to check contestants' accounts, check for plagiarism, use correct hashtags and be free from bots. I also have to read all of the contestants' posts before rating them.

  • Team 3 as a team of community curators for September - My first assignment was on Friday, September 2, 2022. This task was well done. I spent about 5 hours on this task due to the wider hashtag coverage. Thank you to the steemit team for choosing me and ready for the next month's challenge as a curator.

  • Created an S4W1 contest entitled Contest - Steemit Engagement Challenge Season4 Week #2 | Why Do You Like The Product ? and released the announcement of the winner of the S4S1 Contest Summary Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 4 Week 1 | Economic recovery of the traditional retail sector - I did this task together with the Steem Entrepreneurs Team.

  • And other tasks such as recommending the best posts for @booming account support, providing guidance for newcomers and existing users who have not completed the Achievement1 task.

And work plan for me next week
I will focus on doing the main tasks as I have described above better and try to allocate time as wisely as possible. After completing this report, I will immediately carry out my duties as a community curation team for the second week, followed by other tasks.

Before ending the report - I ask the Steemit Team to pay more attention to users who participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 4 Week 2 so that they are more motivated to participate according to the program objectives. It would be a shame if a program like this lost the attention of users.

Thus, this report is presented truthfully as an evaluation for the steemit team and myself for the performance of the period Sept 2, 2022 - Sept 08, 2002. Thank you for your attention and support.

You definitely did great works. More grease to your elbow. Its people like you who keeps this platform running smoothly and you deserves all the accolades.

Hello @harferri

It is certainly not easy to be a representative of a country here on our blockchain, as indeed every day the rate of publications goes up, which leads to spend more time and lower the level of social interactions in real life. Have you thought of any strategy to balance both activities?

Upvote on the way.
