Zuerst einen hellen Raum, dann ein Kissen, eine zusätzlich Lichtquelle und ein Stativ. Mehr ist nicht nötig. Das ganze kann allein oder auch zu zweit gemacht werden. Ich empfehle das ganze zu zweit zu machen.

Sucht euch eine Wand oder auch eine Ecke, dort setzt ihr euch hin. Das ganze ganz dicht dran. Jetzt kommt, das Kissen ist Spiel. Mit dem Kissen stützt ihr euer Kopf, auch wenn es minimal ist, die Bewegung ist auf dem Bild zu sehen(Bild2). Nun muss die Kamera oder Smartphone, auf dem Stative, so aufgestellt werden, dass es dich an euer Auge kommt, aber immer noch scharf stellen kann.

Nicht jeder Aufnahme wird gelingen, aber gebt nicht auf. Wir haben damit einen ganzen Nachmittag verbracht. Für die Kamera empfehle ich, eine Brennweite von 60 bis 90 mm. Damit haben wir sehr gut Erfahrung gemacht.
