Drinking water is an excellent habit, no matter what season you are encountering. Water is one of the great blessings by ALLAH which protect us from various things. It has numbers of benefits and we should all aware of it so that we can carry it out with the daily routine.

Water used in everything, we use to wash dirt from our bodies, we use to wash clothes, utensils, etc. We get benefits in numerous ways, and one of the best considering ways is drinking water which helps to hydrate your body all the time. I would like to bring some light to this matter that how much it is essential for our body.

It's true that our body functions and organs need a significant amount of water on daily basis. Let us know more about it ..

  • Help to your Digestive System

Water is a fundamental need to digest food. If we don't drink much then, it harms your digestive system completely, and it will start collecting acids which cause different diseases. If you drink too much as per body need then it helps to circulate the blood in your body.

  • Constipation Survival

If you drink less, then you feel the severe issue of constipation because your abdomen don't work correctly that's why the lack of drinking waters harm your intestine. Intestines need lots of water, so drink water to get rid out of such issues.

  • Body Detoxification

Water helps to throw away the harmful material from your body which causes the diseases, but if you drink the right amount of water, then your body will expel the harmful toxins. So it helps to detoxify your body.

  • Blood Circulations

Lack of drinking water causes poor blood circulation in your body. Oxygen needs to circulate the blood in your whole body, but it gets disturbances when the proper amount of water doesn't reach on time. Drinking water helps to work good so that your nervous system works nicely.

  • Aging Process

Bright and glowing faces are the symbol of drinking lots of water. It helps to hydrate the skin which looks fresh. It also slows down the process of aging. Lack of drinking water causes the wrinkles on your face. If you want to slow down the aging process, then drink lots of water.

Note: Make a habit of drinking 12 Glasses at least a day.

Completely true, in a matter of constipation helps the system a lot to avoid bad times because of it.

It also helps the skin, skin and hair to moisturize. We can start the day by drinking a couple of glasses of water to be well hydrated and avoid thirst cravings.

Something I can add is that it diminishes the effects of alcohol, I think it's something we already know but it's worth commenting on.

12 glasses seems like a bit much

Yes, we have to drink time to time water and in my opinion human being without water is incomplete and we human beings are components of water and it's like the liquid charging to our body.

And many people takes water for granted but they can understand the real need of the water when they lack it and there are many places in the world where people literally drinking any water because they are facing serious lack of water.

And in other side we are literally wasting so much water and sports is really important but just think to maintain the grounds tons of water is used and now think about all the grounds of this world and if 2/4 water can transferred to the needy places then we can cover half the problem.

But majority is living just materialistic life and they just have interest in own life and they never think about the fellow people otherwise in this beautiful world everyone would live beautiful life.
