If you drink less, then you feel the severe issue of constipation because your abdomen don't work correctly that's why the lack of drinking waters harm your intestine. Intestines need lots of water, so drink water to get rid out of such issues.

Completely true, in a matter of constipation helps the system a lot to avoid bad times because of it.

It also helps the skin, skin and hair to moisturize. We can start the day by drinking a couple of glasses of water to be well hydrated and avoid thirst cravings.

Something I can add is that it diminishes the effects of alcohol, I think it's something we already know but it's worth commenting on.
