How I cooked my better melon soup

Hello my fellow steemians, I hope you are having a good day. I want to perform. This day I will be preparing nice melon soup which I am sure 80% of you guys would love to have a taste.

Melon soup is a sweet and refreshing dish which is perfect for the summer months. This soup contains fresh melon and chicken, bringing a unique and tasty combination of difference flavors. Melon soup is also a good way to make use up any leftover chicken which you may have from a past meal.

To make melon soup with the use of chicken, you will need the following ingredients:

• chicken, cut into pieces
• melon, peeled and diced
• 1 onion, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Seasoning cubes
• crayfish
• bitter leaf
• perewinkle

• In a large pot, begin by putting your chicken mixed with pepper, onions, a cube of seasoning cubes and let it cook. This method is called steaming. When using chicken to cook you will need to steam it.

• Next Add your perewinkle which we call mfi and then the diced melon to the pot, using your cooking soon to stare in order to combine with the chicken and onion mixture.

• After this I added some more more cubes of seasoning cubes so as to bring out the taste the better. I added 3 extra cubes which made my soup have a great taste.
  For me I love peperish food so I decided to add more fresh pepper so as to bring out the taste which I needed.

• Then I added the bitter leaf as the last thing
  Then I left it boil well so as the melon to be cooked

• I ate the melon soup with chicken hot,
  With the use of hot garri(cassava cake)

It was really delicious and you will love to have a taste of it.
