One of the most glorious things I just can not stop loving is potatoes. Do not take this love of mine for weakness. No. I do not eat them that often. But I do look at them often. I do adore them often. I do want to go to the closest McDonalds and buy large package of them often...

Long story short, I am the biggest fan of French fries and if you think you are the super fan, number 1 and all of this, forget it. I am the biggest one.
For this and many reasons more, I would love to introduce you to this pot full of toes. No, just kidding. To potatoes!
v Peel them, cut them into beautiful pieces, boil them until medium-soft.
v Kick them hard with your favorite spices, the splash of olive oil (or butt'ah).
v Put them into the oven until brown.
If you are just as extra as me, do not hesitate to pimp it with some blue cheese.
