❤ 7 things you can do when you are feeling sad ❤
Feeling the blues suck, but it is a part of life. Learning how to cope with sadness can really help lift you up. I’ve come up with 7 things I like to do when I’m sad to cheer me up. I hope you find this list helpful.
#1. Write
Writing down how I feel makes me feel better because I am able to express myself.
#2. Take a bath
Taking baths always make me feel relaxed and it helps me decompress.
#3. Talk to a friend
Sometimes when I am getting down about life, it’s nice to talk to a friend about what I am going through. Friends are so helpful in tough situations, and their comforting words are just what I need sometimes.
#4. Take a walk
Taking a walk always cheers me up, especially when the weather is perfect outside. Nothing like nature and beautiful scenery to lighten the mood.
#5. Yoga Class
Yoga class helps me remove myself from constantly thinking. Instead, yoga allows me to focus on my body and give me personal me time.
#6. Clean
Cleaning my messy room is cathartic and I end up with a clean room!
#7. Get a hug
When I’m sad, the nicest feeling in the world is to get a big hug from someone who loves you. Nothing like a good squeeze to cheer you up! @threebagsfull gives the best hugs! Ask him if you need one!
