After my 63K ride yesterday i was thinking i would just spend today walking for my exercise, by 11am i had already done 10K over a couple of walks.

Got some steps while doing the Weekly grocery shopping with the boss LOL.

We have yet another stunning blue sky 24 degree sunny day with hardly any wind, by 1pm i decided a ride in this beautiful weather was to be had!

The body felt great after yesterdays ride and i am pleased i rode today, parts of my circuit were very busy with people walking as you would expect today.

63.6K yesterday and 36.3 today give me 99.9K ridden over the past 2 days, lets just call it 100K Lol.

We are having a BBQ for dinner tonight which will include some Sirloin steak we got at the supermarket this morning, plus we have some cheese sausages potato's salad and garlic bread.

Until that time i am relaxing with a can of beer, on my ride while i was sweating up a storm i got thinking about how nice it would to have an ice cold 🍺later today.

Watching the Women's South Africa New Zealand T20 international being played in Wellington.
