3️⃣Walk Wednesday
For the past 2 days the girls have been away at the grandparents which has just left myself & @kiwijacobgo at home, it's ok smudge has been here making sure everything is running smoothly.
Yesterday i went for 3 x walks which totaled 14K which i am happy about, i have just got back from a 3K walk this morning on a gloomy cloudy morning we have here today.
So here are my walking stats from the 3 x walkies
This last walk involved a little jogging at different times which felt good, last night i relaxed and watched some basketball on TV.
So our Jets were playing in the South island against the Nelson Giants last night, the jets are still waiting for a new import and another big man. Last night they tried but Nelson had more answers than the jets did.
I did think the result could be around that margin so i placed a huge bet on it
Anyway i better go and have a quick tidy up before the boss and co get back, the place is pretty tidy but a quick clean won't hurt.
