My 4th day on the Gold Coast went really well on the work front, actually i am now ahead of schedule which is always a nice position to be in.

It means that my remaining time here will be a walk in the park, on some jobs we have to rush around on the last few days to get everything but not this time.

We have a beautiful day here today with blue skies and a temp of 31 degrees C which is lovely, after work i went and lay on one of the sun loungers by the pool and soaked up the sun - then i had a swim.

For dinner tonight i think i had a very heathy meal which i made in the hotel room Kitchen.

I did need to pop to the Supermarket to grab another Avocado plus i grabbed some ready to eat Salmon, i still had Eggs in the fridge so 3 of them got used for dinner as well.

While at the Supermarket i also brought some Jaffa's to take home and i also got myself some of this Norsca deodorant as we don't get this in New Zealand.

The Jaffa's cost $8 and each deodorant was only $3 each, good deal i say!

This is my dinner which is made up of the following, 3 hard boiled eggs that got smashed into some Butter and Salt n Pepper, then i added the Salmon and Avocado.

I know it looks like no work of art but this meal might have just become my go to meal, there is a strong possibility that i may have the same tomorrow night🤔.

Tomorrow i will be chasing Forklifts around so that will be good for the step count, plus it will be good to look at something different than order selection.

Right i am going to relax and be in bed by 7pm as my alarm will go off at 3am.
