Chilling at home
The last few days have been great to just relax around the house, i did start work again yesterday with some work on video analysis that needs to be done.
3 Hours yesterday & 5 Hours today have been about it which is fine by me, tomorrow i will do some more video work then from Thursday i will be in Christchurch starting an 8 day work stint.
So 3 days off and now another 11 days on a row before another 6 at home then Brisbane - some heat yes!
This is my setup at home
Working 11 days straight sure is good for the bank account which will keep me going for a quite a while..hopefully
Dinner
For dinner tonight we had a Mince & Cheese Family pie which i got out of the freezer this morning, it took 45 minutes to heat up and was in there with the Potato bake.
I also cut up some potatoes for a potato bake which you know we all like, plus its easy to get ready & with all of that we had some vegetables.
Can't forget the $1.50 supermarket garlic bread which by the way is over priced, its pretty average and we should have just made our own.
That has been my Tuesday here in New Zealand which has been a great day :)

Oooooh potato bake is my all time weakness!!! My mom used to make a potato bake that was an entire meal on its own - including sliced boiled eggs and bacon! It was heavenly. Admittedly, I a somewhat lazier than her when I do make it (which isn't often because the man and the boy are not fans, grrrr).
The mince and cheese pie does not sound too shabby either!

Yeah i don't mind a bit of potato bake, i should start adding other things to the bake.
I do like the idea of an entire meal on its own
