Today is my one day off a week and its been a hot one here in Tasmania with the temp getting to 29 degrees C, i started the day a little later and decided to go up the hill for my morning walkies.

While walking i saw a peacock sitting on someone's deck just hanging out, around the corner i found some peacock feathers.

After my walk i decided to go and try a smoothie place just down the road and had a yummy smoothie to start my day, it had mango 🍌🍍raspberry sorbet with apple juice.

Here are my stats from my early morning walk

Then i used the onsite laundry to wash my clothes from this week and i chucked all of my undies in and went "commando" while they were being washed. Who knows what commando is? i did have my swimming shorts on!

Used the dryer and once dry i proceeded to fold and iron anything that needed it, i did put undies on after that 😁

After another mid morning walk (6K) around lunchtime i went to Cataract George and swam in the pool, following my swim i lay in the sun to dry off and maybe got a little sunburnt.

That was another 2.7K walked so i have so far walked 14K today and the day is not over yet!

For dinner i went back to Charcoal chicken but this time i got my chicken with 🫛🥔🎃and gravy, it was really nice and just what i needed.

It has cooled down a little and i was just thinking of relaxing but i plan to go for another walk and try to get to 20K for the day.
