Great poster! Being a yoga fanatic myself, nice to see an authentic and interesting yoga-related post here.

As part of yoga kriyas, we practice jala-neti and sutra-neti every week. They are very powerful and extremely good for people suffering from depression and other issues related to the mind.

Will definitely look into the WinHof method of breathing. Wonderful post!

These two yoga kriyas have really helped me get rid of my sinus problems at least. And now that you mention it, it does make me feel good mentally as well right after!

Also the Win Hof method more or less relates to some or the other pranayama techniques. And it really helps as well.
