The Reason Assange and Whistleblowers are Hunted Down: The 'Sin' of Betraying the Lies of Those in Power
History is replete with powerful forces who seek to dominate. It's a constant factor in our lives as far back as written history will go. The edifices of power may sway and shift hands, but all institutions of power seem to seek to preserve, protect and project their power, not see it reduced.

As such, the 'sin' of anyone effectively challenging their authority, anyone who is shattering the lies that their power and authority is built upon, is seen as a 'sin', an unforgivable sin. Those who speak truth against the falsity, those who destroy the lie of the "official narrative" are the enemies of those in power who seek to keep reality a secret.
When one speaks the truth to the lie, the liar is exposed. Since the liar's authority and authenticity to rule is based on a lie rather than a reality, the truth and reality destroys the unreality the liar has created and used to sustain their position of power. Be it insider whistleblowers or outsiders who expose the lies and unrealities, those who shatter the "official narrative" are despised and hunted as enemies of those in power.
When it comes to state power and authority, these people often are "enemies of the state". It's happened openly in the past when governments would try to silence the media who actually did their job, and try to charge them with crimes for exposing truth. Think of NIxon and Watergate.
When an employee of the state "turns" against their master and expose the secrets, such as was the case with Snowden and Manning, these lights of truth in the darkness of lies are seen as traitors who deserve the most severe punishment that can be levied upon them. And those who assist them to get the secret truth out to the public, like Assange, are just as despised.
Leaked emails, documents, audio and video are the most damaging to the liars because they are admissions coming from their own mouths. Correspondences within the deep state are treated as state secrets by making them "classified" and unseen to public scrutiny. Those leaking these conversations, no matter how criminal the activity being exposed, are treated as the real criminals and sent to rot in prison.
While most sane people are thankful to Manning and Snowden for exposing the state secrets, some view them as traitors, preferring to hold onto the illusion of comfort that statism provides them. Any exposure of the state as doing something wrong is a threat to it's legitimacy and authenticity to rule.
When whistleblowers are treated as criminals of the highest nature, while the state criminal activity is ignored or justified, there is little hope for the truth of reality to be discovered by the masses. In order for the public to find out what's really going on, researchers have to file Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) applications to be allowed to read what government personal are or were doing, waiting years and decades to find out what happened.
The official narrative sustains the power structure and authenticity to be the authorities in power, to be the masters of our reality. The more divergent the official narrative is from the authentic truth in reality, the more the half-truths and lies need to be sustained in order to authorize the state's (or those in power of the state) authority to rule. Dissent and counter narratives must be extinguished. Whistleblowers, leakers and their publishers must be ignored and criminalized.
We are living in a superstructure of lies built on lies, going back decades. The legitimacy of narratives in play now, are built on the legitimacy and authenticity of narratives from the past. Exposing the lies and deceit of the past shows us the fabled and illusory world we are living in. But few seem to care, as they simply keep going along with the official narrative and maintaining the illusions that allow the authorities maintain the status quo.
The masters of reality in government and media do a good job of keeping many asleep and ignorant of the importance of truth. Pulling one thread of a lie can lead more people doubting the authenticity of authorities in power.
Everything can begin to unravel if enough people start to talk about something over and over and spread it far and wide. The legitimacy of lie is destroyed, and so too is support for the lie. This happened with support for Vietnam through the Pentagon Papers, where people blindly believed in the legitimacy of the war created by the government. Similarly with post-9/11 wars through the Iraq lies sold to start the cascade of wars. Yet the emotional charge and trauma of the attack has overruled the clear vision to stand against the lies of the wars, and they continue unabated at this time.
The lies are all around, and the edifice of power is sustained by it. Those who expose the lies are the enemies of the state, but the heroes and allies of truth and reality. While many rejoice at the arrest of Julian Assange, they fail to realize how perverted they are from being authentic human beings aligned with truth. They support the fall of man to another dark age of humanity.
The speakers of truth and exposures of lies are not sinners, they are virtuous people doing works of good. The sinners are the ones who are attached to the lies and hunt down those who expose the falsity and unreality that robs the rest of us of a better more authentic way of life.

While I can understand before the internet it was easier to control the media and the narrative but now it just seems crazy that governments think they can still get away with this
The fact that only a small portion of people actually know about this and what’s going on blows my mind while the rest are so sedated my pop culture and paying bills to even think that the doors they give their governments is used to spy on them and keep them distracted and misinformed

Yet, they still can, eh? Hehe. Too much information, too much entertainment, too much bother for ppl to care for truth to figure things out :/
Hey great piece @krnel, only getting around to commenting now.
So much This:
Lies built upon lies are hard to disentangle for the average person. Some of these lies threaten to shatter one's worldview so they cannot be considered inside an individual's mind since it would lead to more existential struggle within one's self.
Thanks ;) That's why truth is the most important thing. Caring for truth allows us to overcome the falsity in the world and evolve to realer, truer and higher selves.
I found it strange that he was holding some sort of book or magazine. He’s being arrested why did they let him hold that? They usually don’t let you hold onto anything willfully, especially with that many cops.
It’s convenient that it happened after a nice IMF loan huh?
The only way they can continue the system is to keep as many people in the dark as they can. The information Wikileaks releases is the antithesis to this type of system, I just hope we can continue to get what we need despite the brutal climate real information is in right now.
Yeah, that's odd indeed. Times are better than the past, but we have so much info that we see and know much more of the bullshit and are more aware of it. I too hope things march forward for the better, especially for Assange.
You knocked this one out of the park. The schemes remain the same, just played out over the centuries with new faces and words to hide the energy.
Which is also an illusion, given they can just claim national security and back out as much of the document as they wish, or just say it is all off limits and presto chango, get back to the farm or else slaves. I imagine they have quite the laugh using that unbeatable wild card wherever they wish.
Thanks ;) Yup, we are beholden to their authority to authorize our access to information, while they act as authors over our lives to order us about.

As usual, people are powerless to those who are in authority. Who gave these people authority, is it wealth, fame or themselves?

Yes, indeed, who. It traces back in the past, and we keep the illusion going by not questioning it. It's all belief, and living in the belief to make it a current truth. But the current truth in reality can change, we can change our way of living.
Ed's covering your work! How 'bout that?
Yup, pretty cool ;)
Very Good Article you covered most of the FACTS.
