How much water should I be drinking?
As a personal trainer this is a question I hear all the time. There’s a lot of information out there with equations and numbers and specific volumes of water that you should be consuming to be healthy. Today I will be covering none of that. Truth be told determining your water consumption is literally one of the easiest things you can do. You don’t need a fancy formula or equations.
How you should actually determine your water intake
If your urine is clear or very close to it, You’re Good!
Unless you’re a high level athlete, you don’t need to use any math to determine your next beverage choice. Just drink water when you can and keep an eye on your pee.
As an added bonus, water has 0 calories so it can also help with weight loss!
Plenty of water throughout the day makes me feel so much better and clearer.
