High fiber oatmeal composed of jam, oatmeal, and fat free milk. Left: Ingredients. Right: Mixed together.
WEDNESDAY (4/18/18)
had 1-2 cups of coffee on the left. drink was composed of black coffee, creamer, and fat free milk.
