Dancing to get in shape! Excercising at home works!

Hi Steemians!

I love excercising at home. I once went to the gym for 2 and a half hours everyday but never got the same amazing results I got when I started with my first ever at home excercise. It was called focus T25, you just need to do 25 mins of excercise: off course is tough but it was totally worth it!

Then I got pregnant and baby fer was detached 😔 so I couldn't do any excercise while I was pregnant, then baby Fernanda was born 😍 I got busy, started studying and working and it seemed like I couldn't find time to excercise or any motivation. I tried to do again my beloved focus T25 which I still love! But I wasn't motivated enough...

Then I came across a new kind of at home excercise: Cize!!! And I found my motivation!!!! Yeiiii this is a dancing kind of excercise and Shaun T: the same guy that created Insanity and focus T25 created Cize soooo my favorite trainer in the world, created a dancing routine!

So I thought: you know what? I am going to share my journey with my parenting community here at steemit! @czechglobalhosts

So we have 6 dancing routines! There is a beginner calendar in which you dance one routine each week for the whole week but I got bored that way so I started the advanced calendar in which you dance 2 routines each week: one day one routine and the other day another routine plus 8 mins of abs.

I am breastfeeding so I don't have to be super strict with my diet!!! Another good reason to breastfeed!

But if you want to lose weight then the program comes with an easy to follow nutrition plan.

Just try to eat as organic as you can, stay away from junk and processed food and only drink water. I have find that this helps a lot!

Each routine takes 40 to 50 mins and you are in your house, so you don't have to get changed, get out or wait for other people to get off a machine you need, and then when you are finished you don't have to go back home because you are already there wearing whatever you find and taking a shower or breastfeed your baby right away.

By the way you can breastfeed with no problem when excercising!

I am on my third week of the advanced program and I will post for you my before and after photos as soon as I finish my fourth week!

So if you are a busy mom or woman let me tell you: You can do excercise! Just find a routine you love and works for you.
