Back Stretch Acro & Competition Dance Gymnastics Yoga

  1. Push up to bridge.
  2. Extend each leg and hold.
  3. Return from bridge.
  4. Repeat 3 times:)
  • Keep knees straight when extended.
  • Pointe the feet!
  • Keep head in line.
