Mushroom 'Sparassis crispa'
Sparassis crispa is a very curly mushroom, that reminds me of noodles, but it also looks a bit like cauliflower.
It is characteristic mushroom that grows and thrives on the ground next to pine roots and trunks, and I usually go to the forest for this mushroom in late autumn, but it also grows in summer.
It is edible, has a great nutty flavor, and can be used in cooking in many ways.
It's just hard to clean it because it's so curly, it's full of dirt and sand.
It is impossible to replace it with any other poisonous mushroom, as there are no similar inedible mushrooms.
