YARD COMING to LIFE //
Walking around the yard catching new life making it's entrance.
before
after
My yard is pretty much left to do as it likes. Many of the plants like Lily of the Valley and Periwinkle (vinca) are here from the previous owner. They have spread on their own or I transplanted some to other areas.

Imature "Virginia Creeper" leaves. A vine growing on a fence.
Some people mistake Virginia Creeper for poison ivy. Here's the scientific name for VC it's a dozy. (parthenocissus quinquefolia)
Ajuga or Bugleweed

Beautiful yard @manorvillemike! Not to long ago
it was all white! Now nice shades of greens and
flowers. I like those lilies of the valley.
Thanks, me too.

A house with a large patio where you can plant and see a well-maintained garden grow is wonderful and highly de-stressing ... I know because although I have not had extensive gardens in my house, if I had the opportunity to sow, see grow and flourish plants...Good detail that with Gerry in the window. Greetings @manorvillemike.
Lot of green grows wild around here.
You have a lot of work, like to have fun ...
wow amezing photography
Thanks I try.
beautiful photos and some nice macros, too.
Thanks. Hard for me to get close-ups with my auto focus camera.
Nice tour Mike, thanks! I love periwinkle so much, the happiest plants, and they always stay green even through the winter bringing me so much hope. I'm glad that ol' Gerry has your 6, haha, that's awesome!!
Thanks @lyndsaybowes. I have goodly amount of Periwinkle that spread into my wooded area. I'll take a picture for you.
Beautiful photos all round, but I especially like the Lily of the Valley shots, because they bring back memories. My grandmother had a patch of these also, under an old oak tree, and these look a LOT like hers. She even had a bird bath in nearly the same spot. ♥
Thanks for the nostalgia...
I like them because my grandmother was buried in a family cemetery covered with Lily of the Valley.
Oh how sweet. ♥
Thanks for taking us along with you on the walk, beautiful to see tip!
You are welcome Jay.
@therealwolf 's created platform smartsteem scammed my post this morning (mothersday) that was supposed to be for an Abused Childrens Charity. Dude literally stole from abused children that don't have mothers ... on mothersday.
