Betterlife - The Diary Game (31/12/2025) : I suddenly tried a recipe called Chicken Chap.

Hello friends, I hope you are all well, by the grace of Allah I am also well. I woke up early in the morning and offered Fajr prayers. Today the intensity of the winter was a little less, so I decided to go to a special restaurant in the city with my younger brother and try a special recipe.

So, I had some work to do until noon, so after completing those tasks, I went to the restaurant, the name of which was Ma-Baba Biryani House and Fast Food.

It is located in Mirzapur, Taktarchala bus stand. This restaurant is popular with everyone on the left side of the road. Because this restaurant has special chicken chap. Basically, a huge piece of chicken is cut into pieces and fried with various spices such as tomatoes, coriander leaves, carrots.

It is a traditional dish of many cities apart from our city. However, to eat this dish, you must go after noon. We went there and ordered a plate of chicken chap. They served tandoori roti with it.

The main attraction of this restaurant is the chicken chap. Chicken chap is popular with many people. I took my younger brother because he had never eaten chicken chap before.

Then the chicken chap recipe was given on a plate and there were some other ingredients like tamarind paste, mayonnaise, cucumber etc. They were served in front of us on a plate. It had a different smell and my younger brother was very excited to eat it. We had tandoori roti with it because this chicken chap cannot be eaten without tandoori roti.

After a long time, my younger brother and I tasted the perfect food from this restaurant. The taste of this food was amazing. Since the chicken was fried with spices here, its taste was a little different, but it was a perfect match with the tandoor roti.

Anyway, after finishing the meal, I came home, took a bath, prayed, then in the afternoon, I went to the mosque and spent some time near the house. I saw small jackfruit cobblestones and took a picture of them.

In the afternoon, I spent some time at my cousin's pharmacy and in the evening, I went to the mosque to pray Maghrib. Then, I walked home and completed some tasks on my laptop.

Suddenly, I noticed that my phone's charge was low, so I charged it for a while. Recently, my phone's charge has been draining more. It seems that the battery needs to be changed. Anyway, it was cold at night, so I put on my winter clothes, had a little dinner, and went to bed.
