Assalamu Alaikum everyone hope you are all well. By the grace of God I am also well. Happy new year to all. I can do a lot to make the first day of 2025 creative. The beginning of a new year means new possibilities, new plans and new dreams. To make the day fun and memorable we thought to get together in the morning and go to a special place and have traditional bhai food. I allocated some time of the day to set goals and plans for 2025. So we will go to famous restaurant in our city.

Which restaurant did we go to?

That's why we went to that desirable place in Tangail city. Located near the old bus stand in Tangail, Kacchi Bhai Restaurant is known as one of the premium Kacchi restaurants in the city. Located at Registrypara Junction, next to Bureau Hospital, this restaurant has been praised for serving quality and delicious kacchi. It has gained popularity among the food lovers of Tangail due to its beautiful decoration, quality food and satisfactory service.

Then we entered inside which looked very interesting. The restaurant is open daily from 11.30 am to 11.30 pm. Kacchi Bhai Restaurant is located at Rahman's Tower (1st Floor), Mymensingh Road, Tangail. Its location code is mentioned below the picture. The restaurant said on their Facebook page that they are ready to serve customers.

Apart from this, the video released on Tik Tok also praised the restaurant's premium ambience and delicious kacchi. I saw a big signboard or logo at the entrance of the restaurant, which is very nice and professional. The entrance was clean and decorated to welcome customers.

There is a clean and attractive staircase to enter the restaurant. Stairways and entrances are guided by lighting and signage that is professional and elegant. Such decorations make the atmosphere of the restaurant more pleasant and provide a pleasant experience for the customers.

How is the decoration of Kacchi Bhai restaurant?

The decoration of Kacchi Bhai Restaurant, Tangail is known to be very modern and attractively decorated which offers a premium dining experience. After we got there we chose a nice table. There were many people there as it was the first day of the new year.

Works of artwork and branding can be seen all over the walls. Food pictures and traditional motifs are used on the walls to evoke the Kachchi cuisine theme of the restaurant. Some walls have food recipes or inspirational quotes that are enjoyable for foodies. But since it was the first day of the year, there was a 2025 logo and Happy New Year. I stood in front of that Kacchi Bhai and 2025 logo and took a picture.

Bright and soft lighting is used there which is very comfortable and warms the atmosphere. A premium look is brought about by the lighting design on the ceiling and walls. The atmosphere becomes more attractive during the evening as the light blooms in different shades.

Chairs and tables are comfortable and clustered. There are large tables for families and separate seating for small groups or solo customers. Aesthetics are maintained in color combinations and textures. I sat on that bright chair and took the picture. I made a small video with the people of the inner environment.

What is the main interesting dish of Kachchi Bhai Restaurant?

Then the waiter came. I said brother, give us three plates of premium kacchi, three jali kababs, three glasses of almond sorbet and salad.” The waiter smiled politely and nodded. We then lost ourselves in conversation, as if each second of the wait was getting longer due to hunger pangs.

After a while the food came, and the sight caught our eyes. Served with chopped pink onions, even its spicy aroma reached the nose. A cool colored cloud nest in the glasses of almonds. The cold salad on the side perfected the whole meal.

So I was able to photograph each dish from a very good angle so that I could present it to you in such a beautiful way. Then I took enough kacchi biryani rice on my plate. Then I put the salad on the plate and took a picture.

Now I asked my younger brother to take a picture with nice background view behind and food in front and he took a picture for me. Then the food started. First we put a spoonful of kacchi in the mouth. The mixture of potatoes, meat and basmati rice tasted like all the happiness of the world was captured in one spoon.

The mild flavor of saffron, the perfect use of spices and the tenderness of the meat surprised us. Then I raised my hand towards Jali Kebab. Wow! The soft, juicy meat inside the crispy outer layer was mouthwatering. The package of Kacchi Birani that was given to us had sufficient quantity of Kacchi Rice. So we could eat very happily.

At the end add almonds. A kiss of cold syrup seemed to be the best relief of our thirst. The fresh cucumber, tomato and lime wedges in the salad also balanced the whole meal. Then I removed the last piece of matan from my plate. It was so beautiful to look at and so delicious to eat that I can't even tell you. It was very soft and it was very fun. Don't believe it if you don't see such a soft piece of meat, so I made a small video.

Our plan was to make the best of the first day of the new year. We plan to eat salads and sip sorbets throughout the year. Where to travel, what new things to learn and how often to have such great meals together. The atmosphere of the restaurant became more alive with our laughter and stories.

As soon as we finished eating, we made a New Year's resolution, "This year I will not lack friendship, joy and delicious food". Kachchi Bhai's logo was in the tissue given to us at the end of the meal.

We ate and laughed together. This is a memorable experience. Can anyone be miserable after such a meal? No, not at all. While paying the bill, I felt that this experience was invaluable. Below is the average food cost for the three of us.

Coming out we three decided, "It was the best afternoon ever. Must visit this place again". Kacchi Bhai Restaurant's Kacchi is not just food, it is a story, a feeling, a bond of love. The new year started as delightful as katchi, memorable as kebabs and sweet as badam sorbot.

So this day was a new beginning for us which brought not only food or chat but a special joy deep in the heart. Kachchi Biryani, Jali Kebab, Badam Sarbat were all symbolic preparations for the New Year. It seemed like life is a process and the first day of the year is a preparation that brings us something better.

Happy first day of New year 2025 everyone so we celebrated. Spending a moment with brothers, when time seems to stand still but seems to be missing nothing but enjoying everything together. The sparkle of laughter, the joy of food and the power of friendship made it a day that will be remembered throughout the year.
