We are very conscious about healthy food. Eating only fast food or improved food does not call it healthy food. Healthy food is food that will nourish your body and will not do any harm. Here I think the most necessary healthy food for our body is vegetables. I consider food that does not have any oil or foods that are not fried in oil as healthy food.

It can be vegetable curry, vegetable salad, noodles without oil, vegetable mix noodles, vegetable soup etc. We choose healthy food to keep our human body healthy and strong. From here I have cooked vegetable noodles without oil only by boiling. I am showing the steps to make this recipe with the ingredients below.

  • Step-1 :- First, I washed all the necessary vegetables thoroughly in clean water and arranged them on a plate. Then I washed an electric kettle and prepared it for heating.

  • Step-2 :- Then I cut all the vegetables into small pieces. If you cut the vegetables very small, you will feel comfortable eating them. Then I collected the required water and tore the packet of noodles and placed the noodles on the plate along with the spices.

  • Step-3 :- Then I put all the vegetables together in a plate and mixed them well. Once they were mixed together, I put them in an electric kettle and added water. I added the magic spices to it.

  • Step-4 :- Now I connected the electric kettle to the power supply and turned it on. You can see that the red light is on, which means it is slowly heating up. After a while, the water started to heat up and the vegetables were boiling in the water.

  • Step-5 :- These need to be boiled for five minutes. Then I took the noodles out of the packet and put them in the electric kettle. Now it needs to be kept hot for a while longer. Every now and then, I need to stir the electric kettle so that the spices mix everywhere. Now just leave it on the heater for five minutes and it will be done.

  • Step-6 :- This time these vegetable noodles are ready in a very short time. I think these healthy vegetable noodles are very beneficial for our body. I arranged these noodles beautifully in a plate from the kettle. I cut carrots in the vegetable noodles and decorated them with tomato sauce

  • Step-7 :- Since it is a vegetable noodle, it didn't take long to cook. I served it beautifully with my name, date and competition tag on the paper.

What ingredients or cooking methods did you change?

Basically, I focused more on vegetables in these noodles. As you all know, oil is used while cooking vegetable noodles. But I planned that today I will cook the entire dish completely without any oil. So I used onion leaves instead of raw onion so that it becomes suitable for eating after boiling it a little.

Here I had mixed all the magic spices in water beforehand so there was no need to add any extra spices or oil. Finally, I boiled quail eggs and arranged them on top of the noodles. This further increased the satiety of the vegetable noodles. Boiled quail eggs are healthy for the human body. This is how I changed the cooking method of this recipe.

How did the new version affect the flavor and feel of the meal?

Since I tried this recipe myself, it was a new experience for me. After I tasted it, I was surprised at how delicious it was. The new version has a distinct positive impact on the taste and feel of the food. Since it is a vegetable noodle, I took up the challenge of cooking it without oil.

Cooking it without oil makes this recipe light and refreshing. It also adds a natural flavor. When I cooked it, it gave off a very nice aroma. The combination of noodles with vegetables gave a different flavor that I really liked. I think this recipe of noodles with natural vegetables gave a very nice feel.

Why do you think people should try this healthier version?

I made these vegetable noodles with great care, that's why I found it very interesting. After cooking, I captured each picture by arranging all the ingredients in a plate. I am happy to present it to you. Since this is a healthy vegetable noodles recipe, I think every person should try this healthy version. Many of you eat noodles. Maybe it is fried in oil or added to any other version, but you should try this recipe of mine at least once.

Those of you who have gastric problems can feel free to try this recipe. This is a healthy recipe where I have shown very nicely how to cook noodles by boiling vegetables in a little hot water without oil. We should always try healthy recipes, in which every organ of our body will remain healthy. Such healthy items are very beneficial for our body. That's why we all should try this recipe.

মজার মজার খাবার দেখে এমনিতেই জিভে জল আসে। শুধু মেনশন দিবেন দাওয়াত দিবেন না। একদিন দাওয়াত দেন গিয়ে আপনার তৈরি নুডুলস খেয়ে দেখি কেমন লাগে।
