Hello Everyone I Am @MEMAMUN ๐Ÿ‘ณโ€โ™€๏ธ From #Bangladesh

Dear friends, welcome to the first week of Mind & Learn: The Psychology Journey. Psychology is an extremely important subject for the mind. It is necessary for every individual to know and understand psychology. In this season 29, I will try to share this topic with you. I will try to make learning and teaching from this beneficial for everyone. Let's start the first week by learning about "Control Your Emotions."

"Control Your Emotions"

Emotion is a natural trait of every human being, and under the influence of emotions, people make all kinds of decisions. Some suffer from remorse due to wrong or extreme decisions, while others learn from their mistakes. Being emotional is natural, but it becomes abnormal when a person cannot control their emotions. It is important to control emotions to avoid making wrong decisions. Below, I am sharing task-by-task how this important issue can be controlled, learned, and taught.

"Discussion about four tasks"

Task Number 01

Emotions influence people and have a significant impact on daily life. If I am hurt by someone's words, it engulfs my mind. I wonder whether I should take revenge or forgive? What should I do at that very moment? Should I give priority to my emotions, or should I let go of emotions and suffer in remorse? This is a journal, a way to write down your thoughts and worries, and then reassess them without letting emotions and conscience judge you, but rather placing yourself in the position of a judge. Write down your real-life experiences and negative thoughts like the journal format below:

  • First, the title.
  • Story
  • Thoughts
  • Lesson

Title:-

A worry, a regret, a sense of remorse

Story:-

Suddenly, while crossing the road, I saw a small sick kitten. I have a stomach allergy, so I chose myself at that moment. I didnโ€™t take the cat home; I left it on the street, thinking and praying that someone else would pick it up and treat it. But after coming home, feelings of regret and remorse surrounded me. I thought all night that I could have taken it, could have treated it, maybe the cat would have gotten better. But I did not do that.
Perhaps for this reason, God might do something bad to me; this fear and worry put me in mental conflict and dilemma. A few days later, I started to think, began reasoning with myself, maybe the cat had a serious disease, maybe it carried a serious virus like rabies. Thinking all this, I comforted myself. Yes, that's right, I consoled myself and managed it, but the feeling of guilt??

Thoughts:-

I have learned that one can manage themselves in all situations, control their thoughts, and that everything changes with time. Worries fade away. If I had brought the cat that day, something bad might have happened to me, or maybe something good could have happened. Choosing for myself is not wrong. I did what I fel right for me.

Lesson:-

You shouldn't always blame yourself; we can make wrong decisions and learn from our mistakes. It's a lesson for us, not a mistake.

Task Number 02

Pick a favorite book from your bookshelf. And start reading a topic you like. Share your thoughts and ideas about that topic with us.

Rules:-

  • You must attach a picture of the book, and the picture should be taken with your own phone.
  • Do not provide a detailed discussion of the topics; highlight only the very brief and important points.
  • Mention the name of the book and the topic.

Task Number 03

This is a story, and every participant must enter the story. You need to think about what mistakes the characters in the story made, or what they should have done, and write down your thoughts.

A country has fallen into famine because there was a war, and it was a civil war; the situation is very terrible. They started fighting among themselves. The powerful people of the city were busy showing their power to each other, but the ordinary people of the city were the ones suffering. However, among the common people, a voice of protest arises. He announces his name to everyone and uses an aliasโ€”his name is Kibria Ahmed. Along with Kibria, the ordinary people of the city become protestors and build a resistance system, and start negotiating with the powerful individuals. At that time, many agree to enter into agreements to survive this famine, but one of the powerful businessmen, named Harun Chowdhury, betrays the agreement despite being a party to it. They had agreed to sell food and clothing at a low price among the cityโ€™s people and distribute it equally, which would help them survive the famine for some days. In the meantime, they receive support from various countries.
However, Harun was a businessman, and his thinking was complicated, so he started to sell food and clothing at high prices. When the people of the city could not afford the price of food, he began to take their land and property in his own name. At one point, the famine took a terrifying form, and children started to die. Amidst this, a dreadful contagious disease, the plague, emerged, and Harun's only son was infected. Then Harun offered all his wealth in exchange to all the doctors of the city, but everyone rejected his money and property and forbade them from treating his son. In this way, Harun's beloved son died.

Task Number 04

Unlock your brain. Think about the steps you will take to control your emotions. Test your intelligence. Create five steps for controlling your emotions. The five steps through which you will be able to manage your emotions. Use those five emotion control steps to create an infographic. I have made one to show you. Take a look.

I made this using the Canva app. You can also create it through that. Or you can do it by designing any graphics as well.

I suggest you should replace "Physiology" in your heading and intro body with Psychology as these two are related with humans yet far too apart in meaning. Thank you!

Also change the title required Your post title should be SLC28/W1-Mind & Learn as it should be 29
