"SEC-S29W2:My Progressive Action/push up
Am very happy to participate in this contest. Though I have tried to stay fit on my own for some few weeks now, but with this contest I will be able to monitor my progress.
Let me take you to the exercise for the week I participated. On working on push up. I will share how I manage to participate even when I had a tight schedule
Day 1
On day one I chose just 20 push up to focus on.
My heart beat 72
Breathing per minute 23
After exercise
My heart beat 99
Breathing per minute 45

Up down, up down, I was pushing myself to do it. I got more reactions from my shoulder and chest. This is just the begining.
