My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2024

今天我在城市里散步时遇到了一位老奶奶，她背着一个大购物袋，看起来有些吃力。我主动上前帮她提了一段路，她感激地笑了笑，然后和我聊了起来。她告诉我她每天都会步行去市场买菜，因为这样可以锻炼身体，还能呼吸到新鲜空气。

另外，在我走过一个公园的时候，看到一群小朋友正在参加户外运动课程。他们在玩游戏、跑步、做拉伸运动，看起来非常开心和活力十足。这让我感到很欣慰，因为我也相信户外活动对于孩子们的健康成长非常重要。

在步行的过程中，我还看到一些街头艺人在表演，有的弹吉他，有的画画，吸引了不少路人驻足观看。他们的热情和创造力让我感到很愉悦，也让这个城市充满了生机和活力。步行不仅可以让我享受城市的风景，还可以让我与这些有趣的人和事互动，让生活更加丰富多彩。
