Hello Steemians.
Today I want to make a Towel Roll Cake.

Actually, you can buy it, but making it yourself feels different. It feels like a special satisfaction, especially since this cake is so easy to make, it's foolproof, and it's definitely delicious😋

First, combine the sugar, flour, two eggs, salt, liquid vanilla, and liquid milk. Then, stir until well combined.

Add the remaining milk and oil and stir again until evenly combined. Strain the mixture if necessary to make the mixture smoother. Divide the mixture into three equal parts. Here, I used mango paste, strawberry paste, and chocolate paste from Mohler.

Because Mohler's paste has many variations, is halal, and is also very affordable.

Next, take a sufficient amount of batter, pour it onto a frying pan, and spread it evenly.

When the edges are slightly dry, remove and freeze until the batter is used up.

For the filling, mix the wavy cream until it rises and stiffens, then spray the wavy cream.

Now, for the chocolate variant, I filled it with biscuits.

Then just roll it up.

The same goes for the mango and strawberry variants. Once rolled, just decorate the top to make it even more beautiful.
