Week FIVE of #sixweekhealth Challenge: jumping and juggling

Welcome my Steemit's friends. I will show you how I keep fit and active.

Personally, I don´t like go to the gym or practice any sport to keep active, I prefer to be creative and search exercise easy and funny to do, with object that I have in my house, like a rope or three lemons.

Jumping the rope is a great way to exercise; we can if we have a good rate lose weight and a lot of calories, like when we go to run or walk outside our house, but I think that jumping is better and funnier because we can find different way to jump, for example: making that we walk, jumping with both feet at the same time, jumping with a foot (left or right), closing the eyes, or any other way.

There are studies, who say that jumping de rope can help us to improve the circulatory system, greater concentration, have stronger bones and muscles and other benefits.

Then, when I get tired, I like to practice juggling. We can do it with almost anything; I found three lemons and started to play.

Juggling is other amazing activity to practice, we exercise body coordination working some muscles in our body, but there is something that is incredible, a study that show that juggling we can exercise the mind to, because we have to concentrate us in the objects in other to don't drop anything in the floor, activity that develops the brain gray matter.
