These Little Birdies

in India Speaks2 years ago

Every morning I have these 2 visitors at my window chirping and they are so adorable. They are Mynahs, and some times there are sparrows also coming over. Actually these days I hardly see some of these small birds, else there was a time when there were many sparrows, Mynahs, Parrots that I would see in my neighborhood. But these days they have become like rare species. As a child I remember that we had many birds coming in our garden, specially sparrows, but nowadays there are hardly few sparrows seen.

In our society we have ensured that we plant enough trees and that makes it a suitable place for these little ones to visit. Behind our society is a small forest type of area, and from there sometimes even Peacocks come over early in the morning.

While we are enjoying technology at the same time we are paying a big price for this luxury and that is by destroying our nature. The wifi radiations are destroying the life of these natural habitats and reducing their lifespans. It is sad that these small little creatures are not able to survive the radiations and when 5G gets implemented at a larger scale may be some of them will completely go extinct. Our future generations may see these small birds either in zoo or books. They may never experience their presence in their surroundings.

They have a very sweet sound, I like to hear them. Sometimes when I am meditating and they come over, it is peaceful to meditate just on their sound. This particular window I keep it close most of the time, because if it's open then they do not come. Probably they get scared.

We in our cities are chopping off trees, that is also one of the major reasons why these birds are getting lesser, because they cannot come and live with us, their home is in the trees and if there will be no trees where would they live, where would they make their nest. Climate change is impacting them
Can we imagine a world without birds. I like to hear their chirpy sounds, they are so delicate. While the human population is increasing in the world, research shows that in the last 50 years the Birds population has gone down by 30%. Birds like Eagles and Vultures are hard to see now. Where I live some 20 years ago all these birds were a common sight to see, but now it's rare to see them.

Emission of harmful gases, pollution, AC air release, Radiation all of this has increased multifold in the last 20 years and this has directly impacted the Bird life, specially the small birds are the most impacted.

Hope that we can conserve them and increase their population.
This is the little garden area that we have made between my building and the one opposite.

If we want our future generations to enjoy their company we need to ensure that we take enough action to preserve them. I love it when they come and greet me in the morning and I would always want to see them every single day.

Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸

I love to love birds but unfortunately nowadays many species of birds are on the verge of extinction since hunters started hunting.

I personally feel like these mobile networks have a very bad impact on birds, we used to have a lot of such birds when there was no mobile tower in our area. But nowadays when we have a no.of mobile towers these birds rarely exist now ..
