People's thoughts and attitudes can be changed in many ways. Some of the main notable steps could be:

  1. In Education: People's ideas and attitudes change through education. People's thinking is changed by means of education including study, research, interview.

  2. Experience: People develop negative attitudes based on their experiences and familiarity. Accepting new experiences helps change people's opinions and ideas.

  1. Social influence: Social environment, family relationships, friends, social culture etc. can produce changes in people's opinions and attitudes.

  2. Health conditions: Attitudes and thoughts affect mental health, physical health, diet and exercise.

  3. Confidence and self-confidence actions: People's self-confidence, sense of self, basic determination and self-confidence actions can help change their attitudes and thoughts.
