Observations|recommendations|suggestions:

Trying new variations shows that you really love fitness. I admire the strength and energy with which you pooled through despite trying this method for the first time. Your abdominal muscles have really gained more strength. After watching your video and reading through your entry, I observed that

  • Your video was well recorded with the required repetitions of both the reverse crunch and the situp. And you did them without editing the videos and without difficultyies. You did great.

  • Your responses to the last 2 questions are well detailed and represents your experience and feelings. You have listed all the health benefits you have derived from performing athletics especially helping you to cope with your work which involves seating for a long time. That is nice. Keep up the efforts! Being willing to take new tasks and variations helps a lot because there are muscles those variations helps to strengthen.
