My Actifit Report: October 8 2019

Walking outdoors is slowly becoming a tricky chalenge - to catch a period of at least 1 hour long without any rain. Today we were succesfull. The good thing is we do not have to go , or drive far away. Our green park is just behind our windows.
Another tricky thing is to pick a right clothes. It seems rather cold on the start, but usually we get to warm and in sweat by the time we return back home. Test and try... :)
