A common question asked often when a man succeeds is, "How are you making it?". This implies that there is a way to every eventful happening. But there is yet a higher way of inventing supernatural events. This is where the subject of guidance is most crucial in the School of Wisdom. When you obtain a result by following a way that is not know among men, you are simply tagged a wise man. Divine guidance classifies its beneficiaries as wise. Even a dummy is turned into the envy of many as he responds to guidance. Wisdom expresses itself through the medium of guidance....."wisdom is profitable to direct." Ecclesiastes 10 vs 10.

The Church needs to get back on track. We can't be ahead of the world while following the norms and fads of the world system. There is a high way that puts the world and its system far below you in what you are doing. Don't relegate yourself to the level of the world. Don't be satisfied with ordinary results. You are from above, destined to be above all! (John 3 vs 30). Follow God's leading and you won't miss your place as a leader.

When God becomes your guide in what you are doing, you naturally become the standard for others. Isaac became the envy of the Philistines because he followed God's guidance. Isaac had experienced famine in the days of his father, he was packing his things like others to move towards Egypt; but the Lord appeared to him and said, "Stop. Stay right where you are, and I will bless you." Isaac stayed back in Gerar and he got a hundredfold increase in one year (Genesis 26). God's blessing does not really take time, it only takes guidance.

You don't necessarily need to "Check out" of a location if God chooses to step in with you. If you miss God in your movement, you end up miserable. I have observed that the greatest strenght of your ministry operations is doing things according to divine guidance. We have to adopt the dogma, "We do nothing until it is commanded." God's guidance takes you from the corner to the front stage. God's leading brings you from obscurity to the limelight. Great establishments are never built by paper publicity and popular gimmicks.

A wise businessman knows that the success of a venture is not dependent on the volume of money available because one wrong step can push two hundred million Naira down the drain in just one moment. Wisdom is not all about logic and feasibility studies. You need guidance because the facts available to you per time are never complete. Divine guidance helps you act beyond the limits of your mind and immediate circumstances.

Something may look right, but it may not be safe. It may be logically okay, but ultimately deadly. In fact, something might have worked before, but may not have guarantee of working in the present circumstance. Joshua was a great captain in Israel. His exploits leaves us with lessons that he never fought wards using the same strategies he had proved. Joshua always had some fresh idea and dynamic approach to subdue the oppositions. He never trusted in his experience; he always sought the face of God or His guidance. The book of Joshua is full of uncommon, unconventional war strategies, yet none failed.

Wisdom does not move by popylar opinion. Don't be compelled by men to contest for a public office; find out from God before you take any step. Wise men like David don't take anything for granted. They always consult with God in every step they take. Seeking direction from the Lord is inviting His wisdom and power to be at work in your affairs.

Your world needs proof of your relationship with God. They need answers to their questions in the area of health, agriculture, finance, governance, engineering, medicine, architecture etc. The King sent for Daniel when the astrologers and magicians failed to bring a solution to his problem. You should not be a burden to your organization or your community. You are ordained to operate in the class of Daniel, where authorities and thrones will be calling for you. You should be so cherished that your organization will be pleading with you not to go on long vacations from office by reason of your relevance to their operations.
