Hello, my fellow Steemian ladies!
I am sure that by now most of you ladies are aware of the Daily Dynamic Program that was launched in the Steem for Ladies Community.
Today is Monday, the day of the week to share posts related to health and no better day to start a healthy contest.
Health was, is, and will always be important.
As the week consists of 7 days we want you to write a post answering ALL 7 of the following questions and share at least 3 of your own photos;
- Why must you stay healthy?
- Which is your favorite day of the week to work out?
- What exercise do you hate the most?
- What is your favorite hairdo for when you exercise?
- What is your favorite piece of clothing that you like to wear when you exercise?
- What do you eat and drink to stay healthy?
- If you were to be locked up in a room what are the 5 healthy food items you will take with you? Why?
We look forward to seeing what defines you as healthy!
Rules
- Entries to this contest are open to the ladies of Steem for Ladies
- Post in Steem For Ladies Community
- The title must be: Contest! Health was, is, and will always be important!
- Write a post of at least 300 words
- Posts can be written in any language
- Plagiarism, AGI content, and abusive content are prohibited!
- Only your own images
- Posts must be exclusive therefore use the #steemexclusive tag
- Make sure that you follow club status (Club50/50, Club75, or Club100)
