Daily activity:
- Cycling to work and from work
8 km with 50-meter elevation - Working in catering service for 8 hours
Walking around 11 km
Today we got more people to work with us so my activity points will start to fall off. But hey, at least I will be enjoying more work time. Just hope the gains will start going into muscles and not fat. - No workout as my back still hurts
Hope on starting soon, but I still feel stiffness. At this point I am a bit afraid of gaining mass through fat, and that is not what I want. Either lower on intake or work it out. But it is hard as I have wide range of food to eat at work. Just look at the picture below. Dilemmas, dilemmas...

- Around 3000 kcal
Currently around 74 kg
Sleep:
- Around 8 h

Stress muscles not brain! Stay active!
Here is todays lunch, not to mention sweets after. Potato salad, chicken, fish and feta with tomatoes and onions. Stay fit, yeah, right...
