Bread Pizza!

Not like when I was with my parents. Now I have to cook our own meals. So, together with Harith, I try different different reciepes. Today I am going to share with you a recipe which we tried and got successfully.

When checking whatsapp statuses, I saw one of my friends had shared a photo of a meal with the caption "Bread Pizza". It looked very easy to make, so I decided to try it out.

The bread pizza needed sliced bread, chicken or sausages, cheese, onion, tomato and some pizza sauce. As we didn't have pizza sauce we went with tomato sauce.

First we chopped all the onions, tomato and sausages. Then put a thick layer of tomato sauce on the bread and also butter on the other side. Then to placed all the toppings on top of the tomato sause layer. Finally, put a layer of mosaralla cheese too.

To bake this, we can use a oven, even a pan. In our case, we used our air fryer. We could only put two slices at once. We baked for 7min in 180 Celsius.

Everything came out nicely after the bake, and the cheese had melted properly as it should be.

I thought of having this meal with a sunquick mocktail. Three table spoons of sunquick, three table spoons of water, ice cubes and sprite are used to make this drink. It came so sparking and delicious .

Finally, we had the meal while watching TV !!!
