Weigh-In and Workout Video

This is the official weigh-in and workout for the beginning of week 2 of @illestbambi's #getinshapechallenge Today, I weighed in at 188.4 which is 1.4 pounds lighter than the start of the contest one week ago when I weighed in at 189.8. My goal has not been to lose weight at all, but in an effort to win this challenge I may start a regimen of intermittent fasting to increase my chances of winning the contest and make my after picture more impressive.

I am starting to get into the groove for my circuit workout now on top of my jog. I don't have any soreness anymore but I have also been using my magnesium oil so that could part of it. I am going to start jogging and doing my strength workout on the same day and adding some new exercises while maintaining all my currents reps

Good for you brother.

I'm not quite to the point of no soreness in my legs, but it's not nearly as bad now. I've been using heat and massage a bit. I also have an EMS machine that definitely helps if I push a bit too much.

Keep up the good work.

Great to hear you're so committed to winning this challenge ! wish you best of luck :)
