What is your favourite traditional delicacy?

Well, Traditional delicacy are food that are normally eaten by a particular tribe or state. Well looking at my favorite traditional delicacy which is no other food than EGUSI SOUP, well I so much love this food and it also stand to be among my favorite food. This food is normally own by the bende local government area, Nigeria in igbo land, And my mom is from such tribe. Well, my mom Normally prepare this particular meals every blessed week, well cooked, enough ingredients and so special and delicious.

EGUSI SOUP as my favorite delicacy stand to be one of the most delicious soup in igbo land, which every igbo man desire to taste. This soup is so delicious specially when it is well prepared by a professional and my mom is one of them. My mom also love this food because her tribe owns it and she really knows how to prepare it. Sincerely speaking this food is so delicious,yummy and also special especially when combined with fufu, garri or Amala for consumption.

Do you prepare it or order from a restaurant?

Well, my mom Normally Prepare this special delicacy for us, I don't really know how to prepare such food, and my mom is more specialized in preparing such meal because it is being own and eaten by her tribe called the bende local government area, she is in charge when it comes to preparing this particular food and she normally prepare it in a delicious way, which taste more delicious and yummy.

Before I order such good from a restaurant, might be in a situation whereby my mom isn't around or am far from home, at this point were my mom isn't around and am far from home and so desperate to eat such delicacy I can then decide, to look for a well decent restaurant that are good in preparing delicious meals, then order and enjoy this particular delicacy.

Why do you like this particular meal?

Well, the main reason why I love this particular delicacy is because of its delicious taste which stand to taste more than yummy so sweet and more delicious. Well, I so much love this particular delicacy, because my mom Normally prepares it in a special way, by adding special ingredients like ice fish, meats ,stock fish and many more.

Mention the ingredients used and step by step process of preparing this meal.

Well, am not that professional in preparing this food that's why I will only mention briefly on some ingredients used in preparing and totally leave the steps process of preparing this meals. Below are some ingredients use in the PREPARETION of this special traditional delicacy.

• Egusi(lemon)
• Red oil
• Stock fish,ice fish and cray fish.
• Maggi and onions
  *Pepper and salts
• Vegetables leafs
• meats
  And finally water.

Is there any history behind this particular meal?

Well, the small historical background I know about this particular delicacy is that it was first published and prepared in igbo land, by we the igbos before every Africa nation and foreigners started preparing it the most. This meal was first prepared by the bende local government area, Abia state in nigeria before it started going viral world wide, it is so delicious and yummy and the best soup in igbo land.

What is the nutritional value of this meal?

Well the nutritional value found in the special delicacy are too much. The Include the following.

• Protein
• Fat and oil
• potassium
• Vitamin B1 and 2
• Carbohydrates
• Minerals.
