Contest Alert:1 Picture 1 Story week # 30
Assalam-O-Alaikum Everyone and Eid Mubarak 💞 |
---|
How are you? I hope you all are doing well and enjoying Eid 2nd day. First of all, I would like to thank @suboohi Ma'am to organize the contest. Now I am sharing my story, hope you like it.
Eid is a festival that is celebrated every year in Islamic countries. Muslims fast in Ramadan and they are very happy when the moon is night and they prepare for Eid with heart and soul, children have no place for happiness.
Clothes and shoes are bought throughout the year, but the preparation for Eid is special for three days. Special dresses are made for it. The girls wear bangles, make-up, besides henna, all the preparations are done with passion.
A lot of human memories are associated with Eid, and many stories are also associated with it that make you cringe. When I was a child, I was very fond of wearing nice shoes and I still have that shop because I have more shoes than clothes and I like to buy shoes from brands.
A childhood event that never leaves my mind. That is, I liked a pair of shoes on Eid when I was a child, which my mother did not buy for me. It was a bit of an expensive . But I was determined to get the same shoe.
I wanted the same shoe no matter what, but mom bought me another shoe instead and I returned home crying. Back home in the evening when dad came back from work, I told him that I liked the shoe but mom didn't take it to me and I had to wear the same shoe on Eid.
So dad himself took me to the market at that time and bought me the shoe that I liked. I felt at that moment as if I had conquered the world and I could not have been happier than that. Then I wore that shoe on the day of Eid and we lived in the village and I told each and every one of my friends that my father had given it to me.
But now Eids are no longer Eids, since the death of parents , there is no feeling of happiness or sadness. Now there are thousands of clothes to wear and thousands of shoes. You can buy expensive ones, but you don't feel like wearing them.
Therefore, I would like to say that you should enjoy your childhood as much as you can. You have no idea of the future life. When you become wise, then these small pleasures do not mean anything to you.
That's why it is said that happiness can't be bought with money, but now my heart wants to be that childhood and that is my mother and father and I should enjoy my life.
Thanks for reading my post.
I would like to invite my friends to participate in the contest.

This seems like a heartfelt reflection on the significance of Eid and the memories associated with it, especially in relation to family and childhood. The story beautifully captures the essence of cherishing simple joys and the importance of loved ones in our lives.
