We can draw our inspiration from real life, not from reels!

I often share a thought with other community members during conversations and in my writing: "Life is not a film;
But a film can be made with real-life stories!"

Life struggles don’t wrap up in just two and a half hours!
The beauty of films is that they showcase real-life fighters, inspiring us to reflect on our own capabilities.

I prefer films that convey valuable lessons;
I am passionate about stories;
that carry messages of motivation and challenge us to recognize our equality. If one person can reach their goals;
Then we too must set and strive for our own.

Today, I want to share pictures and a video of a real-life hero—an IPS officer. If I were to ask, do you know? Who Manoj Kumar Sharma is? Many might be familiar with his inspiring journey;
especially since the film 12th Fail was released.

Yesterday, while working on some tasks for Steemit, my television was on as usual. I often listen instead of watching, allowing the voice of inspiration to fill the room!

Now, the journey he conveyed makes me comprehend;
If we have the determination and set a goal;
no matter what our financial situation is we can achieve it.
Another wonderful lesson I learned is that simplicity is not something to pretend but to implement in life.

Shraddha Joshi Sharma herself holds the designation of Indian Revenue Service officer (IRS).

Besides his wife, Manoj Kumar Sharma's mother was another woman who was the reason became an IPS officer.
The proverb "Behind every successful man there is a woman!" Appropriately fit here.

As a female professional, I appreciate Sudha Murthy’s assertion that “behind every successful woman, there is a compassionate man.”

Recently, I encountered an inspiring anecdote from an eight-year-old boy who expressed his willingness to assist his mother with household chores. He mentioned that he advised my father to consider taking a week off, noting that although his school is closed on weekends, his mother does not receive any holidays. This observation highlights the ongoing challenges;
Many women face balancing professional and domestic responsibilities.

He also cited whether there is any book where only females will work and men will take rest.
He prepared food for his mother, and helped in house chores!

Certain individuals maintain an unchanged mindset and derive satisfaction from dominating others. Manoj Kumar Sharma articulated that he has encountered various affluent individuals who possess a surprising degree of humility and often embrace the concept of self-help.

If individuals do not engage in assisting and inspiring others through their commendable actions, then no barriers will impede their progress toward achieving their objectives. Such individuals will emerge as shining examples, much like Manoj Kumar Sharma.

A person who persistently strives for success, despite encountering numerous setbacks, can be regarded as truly successful.

Today, I documented some images and videos of a remarkable individual featured on the television program KBC, which I subsequently shared in my content.
