Sí, definitivamente el mundo entero está atravesando alguna crisis actualmente. Quien diga que tiene la vida perfecta y bajo total control, probablemente esté mintiendo o vive en una burbuja.‎
‎La diferencia está en el "sabor" de la crisis que le toca a cada quien.
Mientras alguien está lidiando con una tormenta emocional o un duelo en silencio, otra persona puede estar estresada por el dinero, por su salud o por no saber qué hacer con su futuro.
Vivimos en una época hiperconectada, rápida y exigente, lo que hace que la presión sea constante.
‎>Pero aquí es donde entra una gran verdad: la diferencia no es la crisis en sí, sino cómo la miramos.
Hay gente que se ahoga en un vaso de agua y hay quienes, con el agua al cuello, aprenden a nadar o montan una escuela de surf, he aprendido que con la mejor actitud y la mejor disposición todo se supera.

Una de las crisis que diariamente nos golpea es la economía, porque independientemente de la latitud donde estemos, este sector está pasando por un momento crítico y esto nos angustia, porque cada vez es más complejo lograr una buena estabilidad financiera. Ahora bien, aunque esta problemática principalmente es ajena a nosotros, considero que una manera de mitigar este caos es buscando diversas fuentes de trabajo y no dejemos el peso de los gatos en una sola persona, ya que esto de manera directa nos deja en:
Una carrera de ratas
Aunado a la problemática anteriormente mencionada, también tenemos la crisis ambiental que hay a nivel mundial, ya que este problema, a pesar de surgir en un contexto natural, repercute en nuestra cotidianidad y el bienestar de todo el ecosistema, novedad que auspicia estados de ansiedad en nosotros, deterioro de la naturaleza y, por supuesto, destrucción de infraestructuras.

Los hijos no respetan a sus padres, la violencia se ha apoderado de los hogares, de las parejas, de espacios laborales, institucionales y sociales en general, de los países y sus gobernantes que prefieren la guerra antes que buscar una solución pacífica y diplomática a sus controversias.
