This is the first time I have been recognized for this honorable opportunity. Welcome to the Learning Challenge Season 29, Steemit friends. In the second week of the engagement, we will learn about Chicken Noodles Recipe, Ingredients of the recipe and Cooking techniques at home.

Fast food is one of the popular foods. Some of the delicious fast food dishes are Fuchka or Chattopti, Chicken Noodles, Burger or French Fries, Chicken Fries, Snacks. All these fast food dishes are available in various types of fast food dishes in street food hotels and various restaurants. We usually eat these dishes with satisfaction during the day or evening. If fast food dishes can be prepared at home, they are healthy and delicious. Also, since the dishes are made with homemade ingredients, the dishes are healthy and somewhat nutritious. Fast food dishes can be prepared and served for hospitality as well as family needs.

Chicken Noodles Challenge:

In the second week of the engagement course, we will explore the Chicken Noodles recipe. The main ingredients of the Chicken Noodles recipe are noodles and chicken and various other ingredients. The combination of ingredients enhances the taste of the recipe and makes the recipe very tempting. Chicken noodles are very delicious to eat and it satisfies hunger. This dish is very popular for entertaining guests or is very much liked by everyone, young and old. Besides being delicious, this dish is also known as a nutritious dish. So I am going to share with you the easy steps of Chicken Noodles Recipe in the second week of engagement.

Chicken Noodles Recipe :

Required Ingredients

Preparation method :

  • Step one: First, I will cut the meat into very small pieces and wash it with water. Then, I will wash the coriander leaves, onion and onion leaves with clean water and chop them finely.I will break two eggs and whisk them.

  • Step two: I will cut the packet of noodles and take out the small spice packet. Now boil the noodles by heating the water. When it is done, strain the noodles through a sieve. I have washed the boiled noodles here with normal water so that the noodles do not stick to each other.

  • Third step: Heat oil in a pot on the stove, add the meat pieces and fry them with pepper powder and salt on low heat for about 5 minutes. When they are cooked or fried, remove from the heat. Then, in the same way, fry the beaten eggs in small pieces with a small amount of oil and remove from the pot.
    (Here I will fry the chicken pieces over low heat and boil them.)

  • Fourth step: Now, fry the onion and green chilies in a cooking pot with a sufficient amount of oil. Add the fried meat and carrots. Stir lightly with the fried eggs, onion leaves, noodle spices (this spice packet was inside the packet of noodles) and tomato sauce and stir again for a while.

  • Step 5: Then add the noodles and cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally. Shortly before it is done, stir in the chopped coriander leaves and remove from the stove.

I have always loved chicken noodles. And the way I make them is exactly like the ones in restaurants. That's why I don't eat them at restaurants. And for chicken noodles, I use stick noodles, and I don't use the spices that come in the packet. That's why it's a little healthier. I'm tempted to see your noodles, sister.
