Health of the skin: Effective sesame to increase the skin's brightness and to compensate. Helps keep moist and warm. Its anti-inflammatory material helps to reduce the skin's redness and other problems by removing 'pathogens' and other inflammatory material.


To get this benefit, mix two table-spoon sesame seeds with one tablespoon olive oil. Wash the face and let the mixture be half wet. Do this one to two times a week.


Hair care: On the omega three fatty acids that help in growing hair by supplying nutrients at the base of the hair. By removing the skin of the head and increasing the blood supply, the hairpin can rejuvenate the sesame.
