Cooking Contest Week7: My Cooking Skills.
A recipe is a guide detailing how and what ingredients are cooked using what quantities. Today I got ready to participate in a wonderful cooking contest organized by Steem for Life Style Community, Respected Admin @solaymann sir. The theme of my participating competition is My Cooking Skills. Today I enter the seventh week of this contest.
"Today I am going to make a fish recipe. Fish is more or less loved by people in every part of the world. My today's recipe is called Horn Fish Spicy Curry."
How is its popularity?
Fish is a very favorite food of Bangladeshi people. Any kind of fish curry is beyond the popularity of people in Bangladesh, so we are called Fish and Rice Bangaliana. And hornfish is a very tasty and healthy fish. Due to which this fish curry is very popular. Fish provides protein to the human body. And eat different kinds of food daily, but fish and rice give us satisfaction in food. And that is why fish is a popular food of Bangladeshi people. You can also say basic food.
Now let's see the necessary ingredients for cooking..
- First, I cut the onions and green chilies according to my preference. And the onions should be lightly fried in hot oil.
- If the onion is fried a little, add the powdered masala ingredients and fry it a little. Then the masala should be diluted with little water.
- When the masala is well ground, add the cleaned fish pieces to it and mix the masala with the fish well.
- Mix all the ingredients well and cook again on low flame for some time. After a little bit of grinding, add a little water again and grind the fish.
- When the fish is lightly grated, add tomato slices and cook it again for a while. After waiting for a little while, it should be covered with the pieces of green chili and cooked for some more time.
- Chopped coriander leaves should be added towards the end of cooking. Now check the taste of the curry. I needed some salt, so I added it again.
- At this stage, if the curry is thick and juicy after cooking for a little more time, then you will know that the juicy hornfish curry is ready.
