Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 1/10/2024, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Oct 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet. But when is it likely to finish? When it falls to 50k? I still thought we would of seen it fall further down but maybe we won't. And so who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, but 30k would be a good mark, we mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However sadly not a lot of movement from our own token this bullrun, perhaps we have to be more patient as we wait on another possible alt coin season. But what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep just under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to some reading on some discussions from a group who are trying to program a game that was shutdown. When I did try to sleep there wasn't much difficulty, I was already tired from work yesterday as it was my first day back since travelling. It was much colder last night but still at least it wasn't cold to the point that it would give me trouble to sleep👍 but nearly. Once sleeping I woke-up only to my scheduled alarm, the alarm was set for in-between the hours I usually start, this is to try and help me get my sleeping routine back on track. Most mornings I have been resting past the alarm as I'm still tired and usually not sleeping early enough, but still compared to a few months back I now get more sleep. But I think sleeping past the alarm will be slowly happening anyway because of the winter cold coming. As for the weather this morning it was mostly dark and cloudy, same as yesterday, temperature wise it was comfortable but just about. The late start to the day was not much of a problem as I only had to be in work for the 2nd time since my return only later in the day. Still "argh yuck" I have been enjoying my free time you see haha, but that is now over and it's time to start earning some much needed money. I got on with the chores for today, I done what I could this morning before my free time was up. After I had a quick small breakfast, got my bag set for work, changed and left. On the way to work it was very much trying to rain, I left home late but was lucky to catch all the green lights at every stop, at least the wind had settled. When I arrived at work most of the people who were in luckily already asked me about my travels and the others likely didn't notice, I hope lol. Nah I was still asked a few times later during shift but thankfully not as much as honestly after the first few people it starts to get really repetitive. Getting this system booted this time was easier compared to yesterday, because we already had the extra work in yesterday that would mean this shift there wouldn't be any. However it looked like some staff had been getting rid of things on my floor and sending them to other places, this made sense to me if they have any hope of fitting everything on my floor to the one below. From what I could tell they had already finished all that needed moving, the superior even asked me to send down when possible the stuff he had collected and still left behind up here. So I spent a great deal of time during shift doing that when I had the spare moments. Later another colleague unfortunately spotted a few things that were missing and so I had to fetch them also to send down. I was told I had to stay a little longer tonight but it was only for one hour, not sure why but right now I really need the money for this month of October so no problem. I done part of one task from the weekly task sheet before it was time to go home. On the way home from work it was already very dark, thankfully the rain had stopped and it wasn't cold. When I got home it was already too late to get started with any chores, as for the quick work-out it's been missed for 3 days now so if I can I will try to get one done tonight. Lastly I started to prepared dinner, checked to see if my father dropped any message's which he did, and after I settled-in for the night. As for Steemit.com 📊 there seems to be some issues with it the past 3 days with it's servers, perhaps they are doing updates but whatever is going on it's making the site unstable. Like I mentioned there was some progress on updating the look of the Steemit.com website. For me personally I feel like it helps certain things stand out more, however I still feel like navigation could be improved. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us.
