Bug:Writing tools for steemit post

Writing good post is the need of Steemit platform, With good post the author will get rewarded. A good post always contains a good content, not only this the content must be written in the best of the best of bestest way. Writing good content with proper formatting and style make the post more beautiful and attractive.

Steemit provides the option of writing the content with two inbuilt option Editor & Markdown. Choosing the Editor option all the editing format are easily visible above the writing box , refer below images:

However, while making a post in Steemit, I have observed that as soon as we start writing the content the option of choosing Editor gets hided, which is a bug , there is no option of Editor/Markdown available, in between of the content, refer below image

Also, once the post started to be written, there is no basic inbuilt option again available to make formatting.except markdown styling guide. Would request the Steemit team to look into the issue and fix the bug to make it more user friendly.
