While looking through the posts in our Community and also seeing that @xpilar started once again his Curation Initiative I wanted to give a shout out for those who do not know what is it and what you get get from it.
It was more than 6 months ago or maybe almost a year ago @xpilar decided to organize a Curation, but so that you, the users and members of "World of Xpilar" can choose yourself who deserves some support from curation trial.
People often get frustrated when they are not able to get much attention from people on Steemit and when their posts remain with very low payout. It is important that the users get noticed by curators but sometimes we ourselves need to do the first step and actively search and not wait till someone will come and vote.
The whole idea of the Initiative "Nominate and get Rewarded" is to reward the good posts and that is then your turn to help the Curators to notice those users. so what you need to do:
- Post via WOX Community
- use #wox-bestpick as one of the tags
- look around and if you notice any good post that worth to be rewarded then leave your comment under such post and mention why you like it.
- after that copy the link to such post and leave in the comment under the post of @xpilar Nomination post.
- if your nominee is chosen then you also will receive the Upvote from trial for the choice.
You may noticed that on Steemit much depends on the connection and engagement. It is essential to noticed each other, to learn each other and to help to grow. Nobody knows how long we will be here on Steemit. Maybe tomorrow we decide to leave but today we are still here and let's get as much as possible from that.

So I am glad that it became a long-term project here in WOX. It is good to have some continuity of good projects and time to time remind people, I believe for new ones it is hard to find their way in such ocean of different posts and it might not be obvious too.

Thank you for explaining and informing the users about "Nominate and get Rewarded" Even if the entry in the contest is pinned, not many people join.
I'm afraid that many people don't follow pinned posts because they think they are the same posts that were there before
On one hand people not really keen to search and find what they can do to get more from blockchain, it takes time and as always engagement. But it is easy to go easy way and hope that everything happens with magic.
