Curation Report May , Team #1 / Week # 2(08/05 to 14/05/23)
Hello dear Steemians,
We have completed the Week#2 of Curation week in May 08/05 to 14/05/23 on behalf of the Steemit Curation Team#1 and @Steemcurator08 with my colleagues from the team, that from April consist of 4 Curators:
This week went better, it is important that teams spend time speaking to each other and discussing any unclear issues. We are all human and we may have questions or may need some advises and guidance. It is nice to be able to manage curation despite of living on different parts of our world.
We hope the coming week will be even better and we can deliver better results each week.
We have slightly amended our schedules of curation due to time zones to make it easy for Upvote Power to recover quicker and to give better time for our members to perform effective curation.

During curation we pay attention to following:
post should be done exclusively on Steemit and not posted on on other blockchain
we chose the users who despite of doing great posts still have not got a big upvotes
we chose the users who do stay active, continue following the rules of #clubs
it is important that you Power Up even 50% of your Payout, or set up your posts to automatically 100% Steem Power in Payout.
we check posts for AI generated texts or images
we check the posts for plagiarism

I consider this a good content that should be spotlighted for others to see. This user carefully states the benefits of her favourite food ingredient, how to use it to cook, the health benefits and the cost of purchasing it.
This can educate someone who has no knowledge about to have a clue now. Steemit platform can be a good ground for education.

Reading this post I felt like it was about my friends and our time. We all have had some kind of clubs and team when we were young, some of us still gather together just to see each other, for chats, to remember the old time and also to return back in the time when we were younger. The amateur soccer team that is still coming together despite of 41 years passed since. Beautiful photos and such nice meet up.

Today I have the opportunity to choose this post as one of the best of the week and I will explain why, this user is an artist who creates excellent works that are born from her creativity and it is important to emphasise that she has not studied to learn about art, she is just an amateur and her passion leads her to make beautiful creations worthy of receiving good support for her effort.
She has an art workshop where she teaches children to practice the art of being a portrait artist, which is a great contribution to the artistic education of the country.

The author tells about his activities as a worker (laborer) with several others who work to build a bridge in his village. the author tries to tell about the details of the bridge construction process and its functions. According to him, the bridge they are working on does not only function to carry water from the irrigation canal to the community's agricultural land, but the bridge is the only road that can connect to their homes.

I would like to present that post, because it reminded me how important it is to think about our body. We often forget while sitting in front of TV or our smart phones. The Internet and social media take a lot of time and seeing that post and simple exercises we can strengthen the body and keep us in a good shape. The fitness equipment has the opportunity for exercises for torso, arms and legs.

Writers are very creative in the real world. She has to fulfill all her routines as a single woman who really cares about her mother. The author also tells about his daily work as a health worker at a local clinic.

@stef1 - just wondering why the beneficiaries to @ridwant, @mile16 and ubongudofot are only 20% not 25% ?
Apologies, that is my mistake, have not noticed that it was 20%, we are four now, of course, it must be 25%. I will transfer 5% of both Steem Power and Steem to three curators.
